Lazy walking week
After all the exertions of the last couple of weeks, I've been having a change. Instead of long challenging walks I've been concentrating on strengthening exercises and adding to my 'theraband' routine.
This will give me something to do when the weather is bad. Its simple space saving equipment, program doesn't take more than 20 minutes and it works all muscle groups. I've graduated from the easier green bands to the slightly stronger ones now.
