May #accountability

Here's a few good days. Sadly, although I'm weighing, tracking and exercising there's nothing much to show for it yet. Off to a good start and a new week determined to get rid of the May gains

#DOAP

2 weeks of careful weighing, tracking and sticking close to a plan I enjoy, and I'm finally starting to shift the May gains. A whopping 500g gone and back where I was a couple of months ago. The increased water seems to be helping too with only a few disturbed nights.

Thanks for the kick I needed Janet Magin . I'm going to keep on with my #DOAP (day on a plate - with tracker) to stay accountable. Off to make some breakfast ricotta quiches for a change.

Determined to keep this up till at the end of the month and beyond. Trying to get rid of my May gains but heavy rain put paid to my walk today so had some 'me time'. Wandered round Pasadena Foodland then watched Mrs Harris goes to Paris


I've kept this up for 6 weeks but after an initial good loss it's been creeping up each week .... so frustrating. I know we don't count calories (or kilojoules) but the difference been between my ins and outs is so tiny, I'm lucky if I lose 200g in a month!
