PanPac here I come
Caught the midday plane to Auckland and discovered the bank had frozen my cards. With Clive's phone not working communication and trying to get about has proved challenging. Competition day was great and Clive came to the show. The long walk back was horrible and I missed the Afterglow
Today Adelaide, tomorrow ✈
Last #coffeeoclock and #mydailywalk in Adelaide for a while. Coffee at Boy and Bloom South and a walk along the beach at Seaford and back on the cliff top. Not so many steps but 2 very steep slopes All packed now and this time tomorrow we'll be in New Zealand ready for PanPac and beyond.
Bye bye Winter
We've had a few Spring like days but also had to contend with heavy rain and gale force winds at times. I'm so over Winter My Practice Nurse/doctor have had me keeping sleep/mood diaries over the Winter. My Seasonal Affected Disorder has been really bad this year, probably the worst since we arrived in Australia 12 years ago. The facts and figures are interesting. Hopefully we will have lots more warmth and sunshine soon but, in the meantime I'm doing my best and at least my NSVs, nature walks and #coffeeoclock keep me going.
