10,000 steps

I can't believe that 3 times in a week (while on holiday in Robe) I managed to walk 10,000 steps. The walking program I'm doing with UniSA has certainly helped to remove pain and has increased my mobility in spite of osteoarthritis in both knees. 

I could only manage 10 minutes or a few 100 metres without discomfort when I first started but now I hope to avoid any future surgery and have even planned a walking short break in the Flinders at the end of the month!
