Monday began with aerobics, theraband and a walk along the Sturt River. Soaking up the sunshine at Coromandel Bake Bakery... succumbed to a wicked pina colada vanilla slice
The City of Onkaparinga is a local government area located on the southern fringe of Adelaide, South Australia. It is named after the Onkaparinga River, whose name comes from Ngangkiparinga, a Kaurna word meaning women's river. The Onkaparinga River begins its journey in the Mount Lofty Ranges, between Mount Torrens and Charleston and the river's estuary extends from Old Noarlunga to the river's mouth between the suburbs of Port Noarlunga and Port Noarlunga South (Southport) In the early years Onkaparinga was renowned for its quality Australian wool blankets, and over the years they dwindled into history with quilts and comforters taking over in popularity. Then on past the huge granite boulders of Wright Island and the Bluff . Many visitors to Victor Harbor never venture past Petrel Cove on the western side of The Bluff , but this is where passengers on The Big Duck are in for a real treat! West Island is a Conservation Park , complete with a research hut used by the universities and park r...
I have definitely been obsessing about the numbers and almost ignoring all the NSVs that I've gained over the years. I've put the scales away until next week's weigh day to try to help me focus on my well-being rather than my weight
