Back on track

I've been following the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet for some time, but after a successful 10kg loss in the first 12 weeks my journey since then has been long and arduous.... perhaps I should start another blog!

'Only 100g' some would say and throw up their hands in disgust .... not me. I'm delighted for this tiny loss after the week I've had.

I had no power for over 3 days, ate loads of starchy carbs and some fried food (all I could access) no hot drinks, very little fruit and certainly no veggies. Evening snacks of cheese and crackers, nuts and raisins accompanied by a cheering glass of alcohol.... you get the picture!

Back on track now and off to replace the damaged/unusable food from my fridge and freezer.... including all Saturdays prepped meals for the week (bolognaise, curries, ricotta frittatas, chicken soup etc) which didn't have time to cool and freeze before the storm hit us.

Don't you just love NSVs. Bought a new dress a while ago and a top this week. Both were 2 sizes smaller than my usual size. Still a little snug round the waist but hopefully by Christmas....
