Day 2 of Fast Start

I've never had a problem fasting so having my breakfast shake after 10.00am makes me less hungry later on


The headache had gone this morning and I will try to drink even more water today as I'm having less mugs of tea. I had a fruit tea and an Earl Grey with lemon but I much prefer mine milky😔 A sultry 38° when we went out but soon back to a more manageable 25 at Christies Beach.
Not a fan of black coffee but my best option for #coffeeoclock as I hadn't saved any milk from my shakes.


Coffee shake for lunch and lots of celery, cucumber and carrot ... even a few chopped tomatoes with a splash of balsamic vinegar and chopped parsley. The shakes need a good long shake if not using a nutribullet or electric blender as the powder is inclined to clump or stick to the lid and side of the container if you skimp the mixing time.


Fish, spinach and lemon mayo on the menu tonight and a few pieces of melon. I've weighed all my fruit so I can have several smaller portions and more variety.


GOOD NEWS
500g gone since Sundays weigh in! Good incentive to keep going even though I'd much rather have real food
