Pretty soon those on the Fast Start plan will be coming to the end of their first three weeks and reaching a dilemma.
(a) To continue with shakes (maybe just one a day) for a little longer as 'they are so quick and easy and I'm losing heaps of kilos'
(b) to start following the given plans and introduce real food again .... including those dreaded carbs and indulgences. Hope they've read all about this next stage!
(c) help, I'm no longer losing weight .... have gained a couple of grams ..... or, have hit the dreaded plateau
C is interesting as most peoples' weight loss journey, after an initial good drop, naturally slows down or even stops temporarily at around this time. I perceive this MAY be even more pronounced with Fast Starters and that the support page is going to be overrun with disappointed people asking 'what have I done wrong?'
