Finally got back to AEP for a one on one review and new exercise program. Trying the pilates reformer for a change. Should improve my core strength and balance but .....




My Physiologist gave me some extra exercises on the pilates reformer in addition to leg presses, extensions and curls. The scooter with tipping forward to help my balance was OK. but I've discovered some new muscles while trying to control a bridge on a moving platform. (My bum hurts)




Needed to walk the stiffness off so tried an evening sunset walk at Brighton. Not spectacular but still quite impressive and a lively mild evening.
