Had a delightful lunch at the wine Centre followed by a circular walk round the Botanic Gardens

Onkaparinga River

The City of Onkaparinga is a local government area located on the southern fringe of Adelaide, South Australia. There are many beautiful walks along its course but I love the river mouth where it joins the sea. Walk, what walk?

I'm failing miserably with only a couple of walks in a month. This winter is proving colder, greyer, and wetter than usual and I'm struggling to get motivated and do #mydailywalk Please come out sunshine, I hate this time of year and I'm so over it and can't wait for spring   At least I'm still managing to get to the gym for theraband and Aquaerobics
